Even before your file enters our facility we provide personal assistance to make sure it is perfectly formatted to meet the needs of our press and ensure it will produce the highest quality possible. But if you prefer, our design staff is at your service to create a useable and eye-catching product that meets both you and your customer's needs. Your product can include high page counts (96 tabloid pages, 48 broadsheet) in full color on a variety of newsprint paper stocks to create broadsheet, tabs, and flexi publications.

As your file moves to the next stage, it will be sent to us through a customer specific FTP site that is designated just for your file transfers. It will then be processed and your digital image will be transferred directly from computer to plate using two Alpha Quest machines. Our TKS ColorTop press allows for automatic color registration with multiple 4-color process and spot color positioning. In addition we can stitch, trim, quarterfold, and add advertising "post-it" notes to the front page all while your product is on the press' line.

As your publication moves into the post-press stage we can insert 24 pages into one, label for mail, shrink wrap for pallets, and even distribute your product.
